Hitachi 4700 FESEM (Type 2 Stage)
 This
system (vintage 1998) was used in the research dept of a Japanese
semiconductor co. It has been installed in a clean room since new
and was recently de-installed by Hitachi service. The system is set
up & operational and available for demo. It has an
optional YAG backscatter detector and EDAX if required.
